Les corps flottants se manifestent sous la forme de \u00ab\u00a0mouches volantes\u00a0\u00bb, point noirs mobiles, de nombres variables, qui se superposent \u00e0 l\u2019image observ\u00e9e et se d\u00e9placent dans le champ de vision. Leur apparition est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9traction du vitr\u00e9, qui se d\u00e9colle de la r\u00e9tine. Ils peuvent \u00eatre temporairement incommodants, mais ne sont pas douloureux, et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement b\u00e9nins.
